			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So it&#8217;s been a while since I posted anything about my goal to drop 30 pounds before my wedding.  Well, at this point, it doesn&#8217;t look like it&#8217;s going to happen.  It seems I&#8217;ve hit a plateau at 263 pounds (I&#8217;ve been here for the better part of a month at this point).  I don&#8217;t know what else I can do at this point, but I&#8217;m happy with the results thus far.  It&#8217;s not as much as I wanted to lose, but it&#8217;s better than nothing (or gaining <img src='http://reciprocity.be/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ).  I&#8217;m going to keep up with the exercise, though&#8230;I&#8217;m determined to get down to 250.  More news as it develops.</p>
